Sauder Woodworking Co. Earns Top 100 Call Center Award From BenchmarkPortal
ARCHBOLD, Ohio, April 30, 2013 – Sauder Woodworking Co. has announced that its customer support contact center has been placed Top 20 in the Top 100 Call Center award for 2013 from BenchmarkPortal. This is the third consecutive year Sauder has received Top 20 distinction.
The Top 100 competition compares the performance of contact centers throughout North America by evaluating their key metrics against industry peers. Entries are all cross-checked, validated and approved by certified call center experts, and the resulting submissions are scored on the basis of both quality and cost efficiency.
“Sauder Consumer Services is a dedicated group of people who take pride in providing outstanding customer support and seeking continuous improvement,” said Jacqueline Schnitkey, Sauder director of consumer services. “Receiving the award of being in the Top 20 Call Centers in the United States and Canada demonstrates the staff’s unrelenting commitment to excellence.”
Since the Top 100 process is based entirely on statistical comparison to the world’s largest and most respected database of call center metrics, this competition can objectively identify centers who are achieving superior results both in financial and qualitative terms.
The Top 100 contest grouped submissions into three categories according to size for this awards program. Each center was compared with its own industry and assigned numerical ratings. As a result, Sauder was determined to be in the Top 20 in North America.
“Sauder’s ranking of Top 20 shows that it has achieved outstanding results when compared with centers from a wide variety of industries, which is a great accomplishment for this center,” said Bruce Belfiore, CEO of BenchmarkPortal. “We congratulate them and wish them continued success with their improvement initiatives in the future.”
